Payment is to be made at the time of ordering – no items will be sent out without cleared payment. Please make sure that your information is up to date and correct when placing your order. If you notice a mistake in your details please contact us as soon as possible.


As some items are custom made to order please allow up to 3 working days for these items to be printed, packaged & wrapped before being sent. When packaging items great care is taken – all our items are wrapped and securely packaged using either bubble wrap, polystyrene boxes or card backed envelopes, depending on shape and size of items being sent. This is to make sure everything arrives safely with you.

After payment has cleared items are sent out within 3 working days. Coralbox use Royal Mail to deliver all parcels – using Signed For services – delivery times according to Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days for UK orders. Please note these are guidelines only and items may take a little longer on busy occasions within the Royal Mail network.

Refunds & returns

Here at Coralbox our items are handmade and individually printed. This means slight variations do occur from the photographs pictured on our website. We hope you love your items ordered from Coralbox, if you are unhappy with any item we are happy to offer you a refund (excluding P&P cost) if the item is returned to us in its original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the return postage is at your expense.

If your item(s) is faulty please contact us immediately by emailing coral-box@hotmail.com. Please include your name, address and details of the item(s) and if possible a photograph of the issue. (Please do not return items without contacting us first). Please note Coralbox cannot accept returns for custom or personalised items due to the custom nature of these items (unless faulty).

All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the return being received, refunds will be made to the original payment method through Paypal.
